wrong sales....

I Didn´t unterstand what is going on.....i am the administrator, but when i go to the conversion Site the programm is tracking a sale 2 ore 3 times by other affiliates with the same IP.... they think that they track a sale but this is a problem in the system!
Why is the programm tracking a sale bye other affiliates (2-or 3 times the same IP) when i go to the conversation site?


can you tell me whats the problem?
