active from/active to date limit for banners

Often there is a time limit on some banners we have, e.g special christmas or new year promotions or a special promo e.g for a certain month. Such banners should not be displayed outside the timeframe. So it would be ideal to have the option to set a start and/or end date for a banner.

Additionally it would be good if we could specify a default banner that should be displayed unless we are in the time frame of the special event banner.
