Many affiliate programs offer website templates, which means that the affiliate can download a zip file with a few html pages and images and constants can be transplanted inside the html files just like the site replication.The affiliate can doenload the site and host this template by himself.

This is different than the site replication feature since the affiliate has the abillity to store it independantly.
