Hi,
in PAP3pro there was an feature to setup an Referral commission rewards parent affiliates for sign-ups of sub affiliate This feature would be a create add on. The Referral commission rewards should be on campaign - level so that each campaign can setup with an individual referral commission reward.

Default campagin fo referral commission

i agree with Uwe Inthanet's idea..
Referral commissions (and signup) are important for grow affiliate program...
Placed in a campagin there'are more possibility to customize this action..
For me the best think would be to insert referral commissions and signup bonus, in DEFAULT campagin, so, on affiliate signup, affiliate join directly to this campagin and get signup bonus automatic.
In this way parent affiliate will be tracked and get per referral commission only using it's ref_ID ("aid" parametrs).
for now i have thinked to insert "general tracking sale code" in after signup page, but the best is automatic pre-integrated tracking code, added directly in signup form (when is submit).

This Referral commission means not mean referral commissions, they are already in PAP4 (Affiliate Sigup)
The referral commission here means on campaign level, for each campaign individual. This could be
done in "Campaign / Performance rewards" as an new condition. Example 1 signup per month 10$ commission,
5 Signup per monyth 100$ commission,...
