Performance rewards; additional rules
Hi QualityUnit Team,
It would be great If you guys could add some additional rules for performance rewards.
Here one example :
I have created commission groups (Sales agend) abd assigned some affiliates to this group.
No I like to motivate this group member with different performance rewards.
If number of sales that are Approved in Last month is lower than 50 then put affiliate into commission group xx1
If number of sales that are Approved in Last month is higher than 50 then put affiliate into commission group xx2
The commission groups xx1 and xx2 have different % commission for sales agend
My problem is now that If an "normal" affiliate has less than 50 new subaffiliates in last month, I guess 99% of the affiliates match this rule, than the normal affiliat comes in the commission group "xx1" for "sales agend" and this is wrong.
Solution: one more drop down selection for active commission groups in this campaign. It's easy than to make rules for all affiliates or only for a group of affiliates.
