Partner ID Display - Signup Form

Many of our users are Network Marketers with no experience of Affiliate marketing and so we are getting regular feedback / concern that their Partner ID is not visible when signing up new Members on the PAX signup form.

As there are potentially big returns available to them via our Rewards program, they want to make sure that someone they refer is definitely going to be added to their downline and that no cross lining takes place.

So the current PAX process (which I assume also applies in PAP4) of not displaying the Parent ID when a cookie applies in the signup form is a bother.

Suggestion:-

Create an optional PLUGIN which extends the current process so that when a Parent ID is evident, then this is displayed in the Parent ID field but it CANNOT be modified (the latter ensures the integrity of the referral).

When no No Parent ID is evident, then retain the existing process in PAX (i.e. Parent ID field is displayed so you can manually add Parent or leave blank).

In other words, the Parent ID field is ALWAYS visible in the signup form.

This would be ideal for our Network Marketing members and I suspect some of our regular Affiliates who understand how these systems work may also welcome this as well because of the link to our Rewards program.
