We need a MLM / Affiliate solution of unlimited first level and 3 to 5 levels down, as part of the this system. Anything you can do here?

There are 3 Main Sections to the entire project:

1- Information and Marketing/Sales Portal - an ordinary enough website. Using Joomla for CMS.
2- Ecommerce System with 4 subsystems (all integrated into one database) :
1. Student Database,
2. ShopCart,
3. Affiliate/MLM Program with Replicated Websites, and
4. Email/AutoResponder Marketing system with mail merge from DB.

3- Product Delivery using a Learning Management System (This already exists.) and File Management systems.

Three Sections:
1- Information and Marketing = Joomla for CMS, and using extensions for functions like forums, Faq, Document Manager, or any better commercial software. etc.
2- Ecommerce consisting of 4 integrated parts:
1. Student Database (DB) with all client info and all purchases and course completion data in each client’s record, as well as the Mentor’s name, with export to Excel. This DB will mulitple levels of access: Student, Mentor, Faculty (Mentor and Faculty are often combined in one person), and Administrators -- mostly by Mentors and Faculty for CRM support to client.
 The Database must be fillable from forms on the website or in the/ shopcart registrations, and from each Mentors replicated site (which can use the same forms with the Mentors link.
 Each Mentor must be able to see his clients and ONLY his clients in the DB. The DB must be nest-searchable on all fields and output a list of all clients fulfilling the search parameters.
2. Shopping Cart (simple, basic, 100 Categories, 100 products in each Cat). Shopping Cart purchases must feed into the Students DB record and the Mentors Comission System, item #3.
3. MLM, four uni-level. Registration and Comision System (that registers each course purchase to the Mentor and calculates their comision with export to accounting payment system). The client is registered to a particular Mentor at Inscription.
 Replicated WebSites for the Mentors. These serve as online offices to present and market themselves, communicate with their students, and from which their clients can order using a hidden affiliate code from the main shop cart; and an
4. Sequential Email-AutoResponder Course and Marketing System that
a. Sends acknowledgement emails for all events (registrations, purchases, etc)
b. can send sequential email courses to any nested field search result from the DB and
c. has mail-merge of some fields from the database to personalize the emails with at least name of destinary and of Mentor. (The email courses will be mailed in bulk from the central office, but we want them to look like they come from the Mentor.)
d. Double opt-in option for email bulletins and courses.

All of Section 2 , of course, needs the same look and feel as section 1 and 3.
Section 3: Product Fufillment
 Course Delivery and Student Comm and Support System - MOODLE.
 Doc, Audio and Video Repository, Manager, Downloads and Streaming using DIVX, controllable for all levels of access (Public, Student, Faculty, Admin) .
All of these already exist in the marketplace, both open source and commercial. In any Plan & Bid: Please be sure to specify which programs you will use for each of the 4 parts and how you plan to integrate them. (For example, use the DB in the shopcart, or one from a CRM and feed it from the shopcart? Use a shopcart that already has Affiliates or what Affiliate software can you integrate? Same with the Autoresponder.
We will check and must approve these programs before accepting your plan. The components must not be too complicated to use, nor too simple. We must see a plan that appears workable to us. We have many people saying they can do it, but don’t say HOW.

Student (Client) Database –
We must be able to track student progress (course graduations) through the school with info such as date course started & Affiliate who sold course; date course finished & nstructor, for up to 100+ courses. Must be able to ad new fields easily.
• Must be fillable from easy to use online forms.
• Must be integrated with the Shopping Cart to automatically record Student purchases.
• At least three levels of access control: Customer (to see his curriculum/degree program, and to update his personal data); Mentors and Faculty for sales and support, and Administrators.
• Automatic backup function.
• Assignation of user name (can be email address) and password when client registers.
• Automatic Lost password function
• Assignation of a Student Number (based on date of sign up, birth date, and 3 initials.) for unique identifier in DB.
• Must be nested-fields searchable on all fields.

CRM only very basic CRM functions: see database record instantly.
• immediate online DB record access for that Student.
• Comunication: we use Skype. ommunication (chat and email, skype telefone),
• summarize interactions and add to DB.
• Tech Support and Trouble ticket system.

Each Mentor must have access to his clients, without being able to access the clients of other Mentors. Thus, clients must be assigned to their Mentors client group by the Affiliate system.

Catalog-Shopping Cart
• Simple Catalog-Shopping Cart (payment gateway to Authorize.net and Paypal).
• DB integration: All purchases get registered to the purchaser’s DB record.
• 100 Categories, 100 products each Category is sufficient.
• Both hard products with shipping; and immediate File Downloads on payment.
• Must be internationally compartmentable and handle multiple currencies.
• Recurring monthly payments and auto-blocking of account when not paid.

MLM / Affiliate Program
• preferably uni-level to 4 or 5 levels down.
• If not 4 o 5 levels, then 2 tier Affiliate system, 1 tier as last resort.
• Comision payout calculations and download to accounting payment system.
• Replicated websites for each Affiliate.
• The key to the Affiliate Program is REPLICATED WEBSITES, not url codes for links on a foreign website. Mentors will not usually have any website except the one that we give them. The Replicate Website uses the main shopcart and credits the Mentor (Affiliate) with his clients order The customers either buy at the Mentor’s Replicated Site (which automatically credits the Mentor as the Affiliate) or the client buys at the main site and includes in their purchase form data the Instructors name or affiliate number.


Email and AutoResponder Marketing
• Sequential AutoResponders for both marketing and email courses.
• Create email Lists for broadcast taking addresses from the Database (not separate lists)
• Mail merge using fields in the DB to personalize emails.
• Subscribe and unsubscribe by client, and by Afiliates and admin.
• Double opt-in as an option.
