Multiple Merchants Permissions
1. add only some permissions to merchants account (to create moderators),
2. other type of merchant account can see only his campagins (traffic, reports, overview, add banner,..)

Yes, suggestions you mentioned will be part of PAP4 features.
Currently is this feature in state planned, but within few weeks it will be accessible for all customers of PAP4
