Limit Lifetime Commissions
We would like to be able to limit a customer to being only referred once as per the lifetime commissions feature but then also only pay that affiliate for a specified period of time.
Currently some of our affiliates refer the same customers over and over again because we provide content to their sites which links back to our own site. We only want to pay comissions for 30 days to these affiliates but in effect they end up being paid for ever.

The limits could also be stepped down by period after first sale. For example:
Day 1 - 548 (18 mos): Full commission.
Day 549 - 914 (12 mos): 66% of full commission or specified X% commission.
Day 915 - 1,280 (12 mos): 33% of full commission or specified X% commission.
When sales are for subscriptions (recurring billing), to be fair to the affiliate if subscriber gets promotional free days, add the number of free days to the above periods. (I haven't implemented the ecommerce system or used Post Affilaite Pro yet, so I suspect that this last piece is wishful thinking).
