Yes, this sounds good.

1. The affiliate can "force" his payout and when he does he directly get´s it. Would be nice if paypal can handele this completely.

2. Turning customers ... yes, please harmonized with the lifetime-commissions and then for the popular systems like Joomla, XTC, Magento,...
