Features from a competitor
I recently received an email that indicated PAP 4 may be close to being ready. The same email mentioned that additional feature requests will be considered.
Here are a few features from the ONLY other software that has tempted me away from PAP, JROX.
* - Automatic Signup Module Turns Your Customers into Affiliates
* - Send HTML-Formatted Emails Easily with the Built-In HTML Editor
(Should allow for MIME multipart emails, with text version encoded separately.)
* - Built-In Follow-Up Sequence Module - Send Affiliates Follow-Up Emails on a Preset Schedule
* - Support for Third-Party Autoresponders like AutoresponsePlus and ListMailPro
* - Affiliate Article Ads: Use for Publishing articles online or through RSS Feeds
* - Viral PDFs
* - Allow Affiliates to Track Their Affiliate Links Using the Ad Tracker Option
(Multiple, separate ad trackers per affiliate.)
The ad-tracker option and autoresponder options are particularly attractive to me. Articles through RSS feeds would be next in line, with the automatic signup module (for CubeCart shopping cart) being next most important to me.
I am really hoping that PAP 4 fixes the speed issue and the few bugs I've encountered. (Wait a minute, I see I missed a patch which was released. I'll install that and see how it goes.) Anyways, I do hope the speed issue is fixed, as that was really bad.
I'm also hoping that I don't have to buy a 3rd license for my 1 installation. I don't mind paying an upgrade fee, but not the full license amount.

Hello Alan,
We give PAP4 to owners of PAP3 without any next charges.
Maybe some features or addons will be payed extra in the future, but basic set of features we will give to PAP3 owners for free.
From your list we will for sure implement some features (e.g. Viral PDF module)
Do you mean speed of user interface ? Or speed of tracking ?
In the future, we plan to make special performance release, which will be able to handle thousands of impressions per second on average server (We developed own web server, which can do that for LiveAgent already, so same idea we will reuse in PAP4). It will require special installation of server, so it will not be possible to use on every hosting - just dedicated servers will be supported.
