Duplicate Orders Need to be Fixed
I know my affiliates.
Daily I have to sort through pending sales where multiple affiliates are showing that they generated an order for the SAME Order ID #.
The question is not how to mask this {fraud option] but rather WHY is this occurring in the first place..
This should not be - afterall i thought the sale was generated by teh cookie taken from the customer who orders.
If a customer can only have one cookie then how is this possible?

I would also be very curious to find out why this is happening for you, as I've never experienced it on my site.
There are multiple tracking mechanisms available in PAP - cookies, IP addresses, sessions, Flash cookies, and possibly others.
What sales system (shopping cart, etc.) are you using?

I think that we have been trying to solve this issue through email. If I remember, there was a problem that sale tracking script was called multiple times and we couldn't find out why it was happening. First it was called normally from page and then it was called multiple times from somewhere. Reffererl URL was blank during this following calls.
As far as I know no other customers experience such a problems. That is why we have suggested you to use fraud protection.
