Custom affiliate page that is viewable only after affiliate reaches a defined commission amount that is owed to them

There are affiliate programs that give affiliates access to certain payment options only after the affiliate has reached a certain commission level. It would be nice to create a link to a custom payment option page that can only be viewed by affiliates after they have reached a certain commission amount that is owed to them. This would be very useful to companies that offer an affiliate debit MasterCard as a way to pay affiliates. To avoid sending cards to non-performing affiliates, which can be very expensive, affiliates could view the card order page only after they have a certain amount that is owed to them.
