Chaning "Overview" and number of affiliate tiers

Great work guys!!! What an improvement, and I am sure the final product will be a winner.

I have been trying it out and have two questions:

I am trying to change the content of Overview in the Affiliate's panel. I know it comes from /install/themes/signup/common_templates/index.stpl but changing that file does not change the content. How does one do this?

In PAP3, one was able to set the number of affiliate tiers - we only use the first tier. Can one do this or is that still to come.
