Bonus for New Qualified Affiliates

I think it would be great to add a performance bonus when someone recruits an affiliate, and this new affiliates meets a qualification, such as generating a certain amount of direct commissions.

This will reward affiliates that bring in active new affiliates, not just have someone sign up and be inactive.

If it is used with a forced matrix system, then the person who recruited the new active affiliate should get the bonus, not the parent into whose spot they are forced by the matrix shape.
