Banner-Upload and Rewards for Affiliates

I thought I posted this suggestion already,but I can´t find it so I will post it again. ;-)

I would like to have an upload-option so that affiliates can upload theire own banners. After an admin-check they should be aviable to all affiliates in the whole system.

There also should be a way to "reward" somebody who made a good banner. For example: "x% commission of the sale, that was made with this banner".

With that extension somebody who has no good website but is perfect in grafics can also earn money. And the Merchant profits by getting more and more good banners. ;-)
