Authorize.net Integration ARB(Automatic Recurring Billing)

If at all possible, because Authorize.net is one of the most popular gateways on the web and because the offer Automatic Recurring Billing for membership/subscription re-bills, it would be great to have a plugin that causes PAP to receive notification of each re-bill from Authorize.net.

Authorize.net has a silent post URL feature, but PAP seems to be designed ONLY of js in browser. I think this feature would benefit a great deal of users.

This should be able to work just like PayPal plugin

Right now PAP is configured, with the PayPal plugin, to receive notification of each subscription re-bill even though there is no browser "thank you" page. I don' t know much code, but why can't we have this for Authorize.net as well. We just enter in the plugin location in the silent URL filed of Authorize.net.
