During reading of some blogs I just thought about idea how to turn bloggers into super affiliates and I want to share my idea with you.
If there will be positive feedback to my idea, we will implement it into PAP4 as addon or feature.
Bloggers have tons of content and if they are able to attract readers by interesting content, they should be payed for it :-)
Imagine following scenario:
- I have shop with products for sport activities
- I know more bloggers writing blogs about running, cycling, swimming, etc.
And now I want to profit from their traffic :-)
It is not enough to place banner on blogger's sites - most of readers will not click it.
Google Adsense is also not good solution, because it is displayed on sides of text and again nobody will click it - simply they want to read content of blog and not side bars.
I want to see my links directly in content of blog :-)
This is place, where reader will for sure look.
How it could work:
- Merchant will define list of key words, which should be highlighted in content of blogs (maybe also affiliate/blogger can suggest some keywords)
- Merchant will be able to define one general url for all keywords or he can define custom url for each keyword ... For everyone is clear, that best is if e.g. key word shimano will link visitor directly to category or products of shimano and not just to main shop page
- Affiliate/Blogger will place one integration code on his website - this small javascript from PAP4 will trace all DOM objects in blog and if will be found key word defined by merchant, it will be replaced with link (design of link will not be offensive, e.g. just light underline) ... on Mouse Over on link could be even displayed small popup window (e.g. picture of product or any other description defined by merchant)
After click on such link will be visitor moved directly to product represented by keyword
If feature will be implemented in PAP4, we will develop maybe some plugins for WordPress, Joomla and other CMS and blogging applications for easy integration with PAP4
Maybe time will show, that we will need to define even any special start and stop tags used in blog web site, where will affiliate define on his page, where we can just place the links and where it is forbidden.

Could be such feature attractive for customers of Post Affiliate Pro 4 ?
Do you know any product, which does the same thing ?
How much would you like to pay for such addon ?

Viktor, Yes this is a good idea, infact I use a wordpress plugin called OIOpublisher, through which I can sell keywords on my posts. It works well, its a good idea to implement, but now google being penalizing for selling links, most of the bloggers with high pagerank are not using these kind of products, even I have stopped it. Yes but we have a solution, to add an option to add the rel = nofollow tag
