AddThis or ShareThis widget integration

I was looking at both the PAP and PMP systems and i believe it would assist with websites going more viral if the viewer sees a potential payback for hitting the sharethis or addthis button. Not sure how hard this is to do but thought i would share this idea with you guys to see if anybody has done this previously and results gained from such an experiment.
