Add batch loader for DirectLink URLs

we use lot's of domains for the affiliates to link us, normally we have at least 4 domains per affiliate, and loading them one by one on the directlink url manager is a real pain, it would be great to be able to use a multiline form to enter the urls for a selected affiliate and load them all under the same affid and campaignid...
